keepsake box and includes and arrangement of delicious pantry goods from sweet to savoury.

Terms & Conditions
The prize draw is open to South Australian residents aged 18 and over who have a current Facebook account.
Participants must be individuals. Entries on behalf companies or organisations are not permitted.
To enter the prize draw, participants must ‘like’ Blackwood Podiatry’s Facebook page AND ‘like’ our ‘Win a Hamper’ Facebook post AND comment on the post about what their feet will be doing this Christmas.
Each participant is permitted one entry in the prize draw. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
Lively Feet employees and their immediate families are not permitted to enter. ‘Immediate Families’ include spouses, grandparents, parents, children, and grandchildren whether by marriage, past marriages, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation or another family extension.
The prize draw is open for entry from Monday 12th November 2018.
The closing date of the prize draw is 12:00pm on 14th December 2018. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
The winning participant will receive an ‘Everything But The Ham Festive Hamper’ from The Hamper Emporium, valued at $249.00.
One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will take place on 14th December 2018 at 2:30pm.
The winning participant will be notified on Blackwood Podiatry’s Facebook page by 4:00pm on 14th December 2018.
The winning participant must contact Blackwood Podiatry within one week (seven days) on (08) 8278 4100 or email nicole@livelyfeet.com.au to organise a suitable time to collect the prize. If Blackwood Podiatry are not contacted by this date, a new winner will be drawn and notified via Facebook. This condition will apply until the prize is claimed.
The winning participant must collect the prize from Blackwood Podiatry; Shop 10 / 365 Shepherds Hill Road, Blackwood SA 5051. The prize must be claimed within business hours at a time organised with Blackwood Podiatry staff. If the winning participant would like the Hamper posted to them, postage costs must be covered by the winner.
If the prize is not collected within one month of the draw, a new winner will be drawn and notified via Facebook. This condition will apply until the prize is claimed.
Blackwood Podiatry reserves the right, at its discretion, to verify, at any time (including after the end of the Promotion) the validity of all entries (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits invalid, incomplete or offensive entries.
Blackwood Podiatry reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in the Promotion on reasonable grounds.
Blackwood Podiatry reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion at any time.
Blackwood Podiatry accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize (including, without limitation, travel to and from Blackwood Podiatry to collect the prize).
