Our “20% off pre-fabricated foot orthotics special” is available to those customers who have previously been prescribed pre-fabricated orthotics through Blackwood Podiatry or Morphett Vale Podiatry between 1 January 2015 and 31 December 2017.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our “20% off pre-fabricated orthotics special” is available to those customers who have previously received pre-fabricated foot orthoses through Blackwood Podiatry or Morphett Vale Podiatry between 1 January 2015 and 31 December 2017.
A 20% discount will be applied to the cost of the pre-fabricated foot orthoses only. There is no discount on the cost of any associated consultation fees or other costs involved. Please contact our office for our fee schedule.
To be eligible for the discount, your new pre-fabricated foot orthotics must be fitted and dispensed by close of business 30 June 2018.
To be eligible for the discount, patients must first book a review appointment with a podiatrist at Blackwood Podiatry or Morphett Vale Podiatry. During this appointment your podiatrist will check your current devices and will discuss your orthotic needs with you. Our standard consultation fee applies to this appointment. This appointment must be made and attended before Tuesday 26 June 2018, to allow for adequate time to order and dispense your new orthoses by close of business 30 June 2018.
Private health care rebates may be available for extras cover that includes podiatry. Please contact your private health insurer to check your rebate eligibility. Private health rebates are available on the day through HICAPS.
The discount is not applicable to any subsequent review appointments, if required.
The discount is not applicable to any custom-made orthoses or other orthoses / devices.
The discount is applicable to private patients only. No discount on Return to Work SA, NDIS or Insurance claims.
